About the Role
We are seeking a world-class Researcher to play a crucial role in our aim to be a thought leader in the prediction space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial & prediction markets, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our understanding of prediction markets, developing new financial primitives, and contributing to Euphoria's position as an industry leader. You'll work closely with our development team to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications.

London, UK preferred. Remote available for exceptional candidates
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth research on prediction markets, their applications, and potential innovations
- Analyze existing financial primitives and develop new ones
- Investigate market dynamics, behavioral economics, and game theory as they apply to prediction markets
- Collaborate with the development team to implement research findings into the Euphoria platform
- Produce high-quality research papers, articles, and presentations
- Engage with the academic community and industry experts to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange
- Contribute to the development of Euphoria's long-term research strategy
Requirements
- Proven track record of research in financial markets, prediction markets, or related areas
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in statistical analysis and modeling
- Excellent understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-Have
- Previous work experience in a startup environment or fast-paced tech company
- Contributions to open-source projects related to blockchain or finance
- Experience presenting at conferences or industry events
