About the Role
We are seeking a world-class UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces for our prediction market platform. Join Euphoria at the forefront of decentralized finance and help shape the future of UX in the crypto space.
In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex financial concepts into accessible, visually appealing designs that empower both retail and power users to interact confidently with our product. Your work will directly influence product development and user adoption, ensuring Euphoria is the most simple & intuitive platform for making predictions.
Location
London, UK preferred. Remote available for exceptional candidates
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with management, developers, and researchers to understand user needs and technical constraints
- Research the UX/UI of relevant projects and products, to ensure Euphoria has the best-in-class consumer experience
- Design user interfaces for mobile-first web applications, focusing on ease and simplicity
- Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and product improvements
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide for Euphoria's products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
- Contribute to the overall user experience strategy and help define the visual identity of the Euphoria brand
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, crypto, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience with responsive web design
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Basic understanding of front-end development and its constraints
Nice-to-Have
- Experience designing for blockchain or cryptocurrency products
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading interfaces
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
